The raw materials of basalt are selected, crushed, put into a smelting furnace at a high temperature of 1450℃-1600℃, then draw into the continuous fiber through a high-speed drawing machine with a 200-600 hol platinum-rhodium alloy bushing.

 

The chopped roving is mainly made of continuous basalt fiber through chopping machine, which could replace the commonly used lignin fiber, steel fiber, polyester fiber to mix with asphalt concrete, cement concrete, resin, plastics and rubber. The chopped roving will effectively increase the strength and performance of such mixtures.

1.Bituminous Concrete.

Superior Renew-ability.

The Asphalt mixture, which reinforced by basalt fiber, can be reused directly. This reinforcement is environmentally friendly and saves more energy..

1.      The additive of basalt fiber into asphalt mixture could improve the fatigue resistance by 2-6 times.

2.      Improve crack resistance at low temperature by 30% and rutting resistance by 40%.

3.      The water resistance of the asphalt mixture is also improved significantly. All these prolong the lifespan of asphalt pavement to a great extent.

As an ideal substitute of lignin fiber and polyester fiber, basalt fiber could be applied to asphalt mixtures with different gradations, such as AC, SMA, SUP, PA and so on.



2.Cement Concrete Pavement.

The compressive strength, shear strength, flexural strength, impermeability and frost resistance of basalt fiber reinforced cement concrete pavement are increased by 20%, 50%, 50% and 300 freeze-thaw cycles. The impact toughness and fatigue cycle times are increased by two times.


Application fields: the basalt fiber reinforced cement could be used in pavement engineering, bridge deck pavement, airport runway, embankment and other cement concrete projects.

    A: Normally Fangcheng Port or Qinzhou  Port.

    A: Normally we pack our stone with fumigated wooden boxes (foam and plastic film inside) with plastic tapes in 6 sides,  further strengthened with iron sheet in the corner. Individual carton packing or customized packing is available.


4) Q: What about shipping mark?
    A: We can provide neutral shipping mark, or customer trade mark / OEM trade mark are available.


5) Q: What's your sample policy?
    A: Pay for Customized samples, free for standard samples. The shipping fees is paid by client.


6) Q: What's your MOQ?

    A: For Standard Slabs & Tiles, usually in 100 M2. Customized items is negotiable. 


7) Q: How do I know the quality of the products?
    A: We'll send you the order update and product pictures for checking. QC inspection by yourself / your friend / 3rd QC agent is accepted.


8) Q: What's your payment term?

    A: 30% deposit by TT, balance paid before shipment.


9) Q: What's your production lead time?
    A: 15-20 days.
